DIRECTIONS TO OUR SAN FRANCISCO OFFICE
Asian & Pacific Islander Wellness Center is located at
730 Polk Street between Ellis and Eddy streets (one block
east of Van Ness Avenue) in San Francisco's Tenderloin District.
We are located just three blocks north of City Hall and two
blocks southeast of the AMC 1000 movie theater. Our offices
are on the 4th floor and we share the building with two other
community service providers — Project
Open Hand and Shanti.
It's easy to get to our offices using public transportation.
All MUNI
bus lines on Van Ness Avenue — #47 and #49 — will
drop you off just one block west of our office.
Other MUNI
lines serving the immediate area include:

#31 Balboa
#38 Geary
If you take BART
or MUNI
Metro, exit at the Civic Center Station. It's just a ten-minute
walk.
If you drive, there are a number of nearby parking lot locations.
Unfortunately, on-street parking is difficult and lots often
fill up by 9:00 a.m. Metered parking is available on adjacent
streets and most meters are limited to one hour.
Our San Francisco office hours are from 9:30 a.m. –
5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We're closed for lunch from
noon to 1:00 p.m. We also deliver services and host events
outside of this schedule. Evening and weekend appointments
are available. A security guard is available in the lobby
during all hours of operation and can call a taxi for you
if needed.
