Our 10 years together means the world to us. You’ve watched over us as we merged, you’ve instilled values, you have opened us up to truly understand and see the vision of a world where health care gaps are filled and stigmatized communities are free of discrimination and oppression. You nurtured us from a 10-year-old to a now vibrant, healthy 20-year-old. We’ve almost doubled, not only in age and size but in knowledge and capacity to effect change in our communities. We are powerful and innovative, and we thank you for that.

We’ve also witnessed you growing. Your hair may be shorter but your list of accomplishments grow longer and longer. Your passion and commitment for ice skating has infused in us a sense of purpose and intention and strength. We want you to know that all the gold medals you have won are nothing compared to your heart of pure gold. We will miss you.
