The Wellness Clinic is a free medical clinic which provides holistic, high quality, culturally competent and linguistically accessible primary health care, preventive care, and early intervention as well as behavioral health services. Our services are available free-of-charge for low income, uninsured or under-insured San Franciscans who would otherwise have no access to health care.
Who We Serve
We welcome and accept adults of all races, ethnicities, genders, gender identities, sexual orientations, marital status, family configurations and different mental and physical abilities. Our Wellness Clinic, a volunteer-based network of specialized physicians and nurses will provide you with the comprehensive, compassionate, culturally-sensitive care you want and need and can't always get from other health care providers. We seek to deliver quality health care in a caring atmosphere to strengthen our community's health and well-being.
Services are offered on an outpatient basis and will emphasize early intervention, chronic disease management, access to treatment, health education, and prevention of illness. Our expert medical team is comprised of dedicated, committed professionals who serve without financial compensation.
Availability is by appointment only on a first come, first serve basis during advertised operating hours. For cancellations and/or late arrivals, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment prevents other patients from being seen. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your provider may have to ask you to reschedule your appointment.
